Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate and carefully melt it with the butter in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove the saucepan from the stove and let the mixture cool down a little.
  2. Mix the flour (possibly with chocolate pudding powder), cocoa (sweet or unsweetened) and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix sugar with vanilla sugar. Beat the eggs with the sugar to a light creamy mass. Carefully add the butter and chocolate mixture and continue beating. Now add the sour cream and finally the flour mixture. Now only stir until the flour has spread.
  4. Grease a brownie pan and pour the batter into it. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat or 165 ° C fan oven for 25-35 minutes. Every oven is different, so always look from the 25th minute and do the chopsticks test.
  5. Remove the finished brownies and let them cool down. Cover or decorate with a glaze as desired.
  6. The brownies are not as sticky and slippery as the usual brownies, but still chocolaty, juicy and airy and of course delicious.
  7. Of course, a different baking pan can also be used, whereby you should then possibly double the amount of dough, depending on which pan is used, and the baking time can also be extended.
