Instructions

  1. Put the port and red wine in a pan and bring to the boil. Add the sugar and the gravy and bring everything to a half simmer over a medium heat. Add the sour cherries and heat them up briefly and tie the whole thing with a little sauce thickener if necessary. Season to taste with a little cinnamon.
