Instructions

1. Roll out the puff pastry, place in a springform pan with a diameter of 26 cm and press lightly on the edge. Put the sour cherries in a colander to drain.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients to a creamy mass and pour into the springform pan. Distribute the cherries evenly over the mixture and press in lightly. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 30 - 35 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool.
3. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar as needed.
4. Tip: I put the quark cake on the wire rack and another baking sheet underneath, in case the mixture gets too high.
