Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
• salt
• pepper
• sugar
• 1 bunch chives, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Mix together pepper, salt, sugar, mustard and vinegar. Add the chives and sour cream, stir and finally stir in the oil. This dressing goes perfectly with leaf salads, e.g. lettuce.
