Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water, peel them and, depending on the size, cut them in half or leave them whole.
  2. Mix the sour cream with salt and pepper. Fry the potatoes in the hot butter with the rosemary until golden brown, season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds and place in an ovenproof dish. Scatter the shallots and garlic on top, spread the sour cream on top and sprinkle with the mountain cheese. Bake in the oven at approx. 200 degrees for 20 minutes
