Instructions

  1. Put the sour cream in a bowl. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco. It is best to put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and then season to taste again, because pulling it will make it spicier by itself.
  2. With us in summer a must for grilling or pure with baguette or walnut ciabatta.
