• 2 cups sour cream
• 0.5 ½ cup sugar
• 2 cups flour

Instructions

1. Put 2 cups of sour cream each 200 g in a mixing bowl. Half fill the empty sour cream cup with sugar, add and add 2 more cups of flour. Now add the 3 eggs, the baking powder and the vanilla sugar. Mix everything for about 2 minutes.
2. Bake in the waffle iron until the waffles are golden brown.
3. Finally dust with powdered sugar, if you want.
