Instructions

  1. The eggs are boiled for 6-7 minutes. Dice the bacon and onions, sauté in melted margarine in a pan until translucent. Add flour and brown too. Now is extinguished with a 1/4 liter of water (or meat stock). Cook for 10 minutes, season with vinegar and sugar, salt and pepper and pour it over the peeled eggs.
