Instructions

  1. Wash the lentils in cold water. Fry the bacon and the finely chopped onion with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the finely chopped soup greens, except for the parsley, and sauté a little. Then add the lentils and fill up with 1 liter of water. Sprinkle in the caraway seeds. Pierce the cooked sausages and add them. Do not add salt yet. Now bring to the boil and simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally.
  2. At the end of the cooking time, remove the cooked sausages, cut them into bite-sized pieces and add them back in. Mix fine-sour with salt, a little pepper and a good dash of vinegar.
  3. Can also be refined with red wine. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley before serving.
