- Cut the meat into approx. 2.5-3 cm cubes.
- Mix the olive oil with all the other ingredients (except oregano) and marinate the pieces of meat in it overnight.
- The next day, remove the meat from the marinade and place it on the skewers alternately with pieces of paprika (red / green cut into pieces).
- Now grill the skewers for approx. 3-5 minutes on each side!
- Sprinkle the souvlaki skewers with oregano, arrange on a plate with lemon quarters.
- (I recommend tzatziki, flatbread, tomato quarters and onion rings as a side dish!)
- Extra tip: You can also add a little oregano to the marinade!
- The rest is then sprinkled over the finished skewers!
