Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and place in a blender or in a large beaker and chop with a hand mixer. Cinnamon and honey can be varied to taste. Pour into a glass and serve.
  2. This shake contains the most important nutritional elements and can therefore also be taken as a meal replacement as part of a diet.
  3. Tip: Instead of the berry fruits, other fresh fruits can be used as desired - but then peeled and diced.
