Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, chop it finely and fry it in a hot pan until translucent. Then add the minced meat and fry it. Now - depending on your taste and feeling - add soy sauce, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Now add the bean sprouts or mung bean sprouts and let everything simmer with the lid closed for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. If you want to add cream or milk, now is the right time to do so. Then simmer for another 5 minutes. There is then just a little more sauce for sauce lovers. Now add the mushrooms and a handful of paprika strips to the bean sprouts. Serve hot.
  3. Potatoes go best with this delicacy - we unanimously agreed here at home.
