Melt the butter in 1.5 minutes using the sear button. Pour the milk slowly over the lid so that it is also warmed up slightly. Then add the eggs, flour and salt and knead everything for 2.5 minutes using the kneading button.
I use a spaetzle grater to make the spaetzle. Simply rub into the boiling salt water and when the spaetzle come back to the surface, after about a minute, skim off.
