Heat the milk with processed cheese, stock powder, Parmesan and pepper over full flame while stirring until almost boiling. Turn off the plate and cover and let it stand for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time so that nothing begins to stick.
In the meantime, cut the ham slices into 1 cm squares and add to the sauce.
Add spaetzle / knöpfle / noodles, heat again until almost boiling, stir more often. Let it steep for 10 minutes on the lowest possible flame with the lid on, add seasoning if necessary.
