Cook the spaetzle according to the instructions on the packet and allow to cool. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Strain the peaches while collecting the juice, then dice the peaches. Dice the ham in the same way and mix everything well in a bowl.
Mix Miracel Whip with yoghurt, cream, lemon juice and some juice from the peaches in an extra bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Let it steep and season again with salt and pepper before serving.
I tell you, in summer this is a hit at every party, but the salad tastes good in winter too!
