Prepare the spaetzle according to the instructions on the packet and set aside. Fry the shredded meat in a pan with a little fat until it has turned color. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add to the meat, fry for about 2 - 3 minutes.
Add the balsamic vinegar if you like and let it reduce a little. Then add the cream and briefly bring to the boil. Now add the spaetzle to the sauce and season with paprika powder, marjoram, pepper and salt.
