Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots into small cubes and steam them in a little water. Drain, catching the water. Cook the letter noodles or other small noodles until soft, I always calculate 1 tablespoon per serving.
  2. Sear the minced meat (30 g per portion) in a pan with a little oil. When the meat is lightly browned, add the tomatoes and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. To dilute, you can add the boiling water from the carrots. Finally, add the carrots and pasta to the meat.
  3. If your child eats chunks and you have cut the carrots into small pieces, they no longer need to be pureed. If your child / baby does not like pieces, it is better to puree them briefly.
  4. A packet of tomato strains is enough for approx. 3 - 4 servings, of course it depends on how much your child is per serving. My son (10 months) loves this recipe and eats 250 g of it, so I get 3 servings out of it. You can also freeze it without any problems!
