Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini and the onion into small cubes. First sauté the ham cubes in olive oil, then add the onion and zucchini cubes. Salt everything a little or season with a little pepper. Add one to two teaspoons of parsley (frozen or fresh or dried) and then deglaze with a cup of broth (maybe a little more).
  2. In between cook the spagetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Finally, stir the two cups of crème fraiche into the sauce. If necessary, thicken with Mondamin sauce binder or something similar.
  4. Add a salad and you have a quick, delicious pasta dish.
