Instructions

  1. Put on the cooking water for the spaghetti and cook until al dente.
  2. First cut the spring onions, garlic and chilli into small pieces and fry them in olive oil on a low heat. Meanwhile, cut the remaining ingredients into small pieces. Just before the spaghetti is ready, add the tomatoes and Serrano ham to the pan. First pour off the spaghetti, but be sure to save a little of the pasta water.
  3. Now add the spaghetti to the pan and stir everything briefly, now also add some of the pasta water and, if necessary, some olive oil. It shouldn`t swim though. Now distribute the tuna and the oil in the pan and fold in. At the very end, add the rocket to the pan, briefly fold in and serve immediately.
  4. At the end, spread the parmesan over the top and let it taste.
  5. The dish is very variable, so you can exchange or add ingredients. Instead of the Serrano ham, I`ve already used crayfish, which also tastes very good. If you want, you can also add a few roasted pine nuts.
