Instructions

  1. Cut the garlic cloves and the chilli pepper into letters. Either cut the courgette into small cubes or cut into fine rings with a cucumber cutter. Strip the rosemary, thyme and sage from the branches. If you want the taste a little less strong, prepare less than a bunch.
  2. Cook the spaghetti as usual.
  3. In a frying pan, warm up plenty of olive and rapeseed oil, possibly also some butter. Fry the garlic, chilli and herbs in the oil over medium heat until everything is lightly crispy. Beware of excessive heat.
  4. In another frying pan, fry the courgettes and shrimps in a little oil (or garlic butter, for example), season with salt and pepper. After the liquid in the zucchini shrimp pan has evaporated, add this and the aglio-olio herb mix to the cooked spaghetti. Mix everything well and serve.
  5. In addition to the zucchini, you can also use halved cherry tomatoes, for example.
