Instructions

  1. Before cooking, break the spaghetti into three equal parts, cook in plenty of salted water until firm to the bite and let cool. Drain the asparagus and cut into similar sized pieces. Cut the ham into thin strips. Coarsely grate the Gouda (with the coarse grater, so that strips are formed), coarsely chop the parsley. Mix all ingredients with the mayonnaise and yoghurt well and serve cold. You don`t need any spices at all!
  2. At first glance, you shouldn`t be able to distinguish between the light ingredients (spaghetti, asparagus, cheese strips).
