Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Peel the onions, cut into small cubes and sauté in the oil. Cut the chicken breast or turkey escalope into strips, add and fry. Deglaze with the broth, fold in the sour cream and continue to cook. Peel the garlic cloves, cut into slices. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices. Fold in both and let simmer again (approx. 15 - 20 min.). Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, pat dry with kitchen paper, cut into fine rolls and sprinkle over them. Pour into a preheated bowl and serve with the pasta.
