Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until cooked.
  2. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and fry it with the minced meat in olive oil. Season the whole thing with minced meat seasoning, salt and pepper. Finely chop the garlic and add to the minced meat with the vegetables and fry. Add vegetable juice (as needed, I always use 3/4 pack) and some ketchup and bring to the boil.
  3. Put some flour (if required) in an extra bowl and stir with a little cold vegetable juice until smooth, add to the saucepan and bring to the boil. If necessary repeat the whole thing until the desired consistency is achieved. Season to taste with butter, salt and pepper.
