Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente and then drain. Cut the onion into small cubes. Whisk the eggs, cream cheese and milk together until there are no more lumps in them. Then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions with the ham a little. Now add the spaghetti and fry for a minute. Then add the egg mixture and fry until the egg begins to thicken.
