Cook the noodles al dente. In the meantime, chop the onion finely, chop or press the garlic very finely. Sauté in a little oil and dust the flour over it. Pour milk on top and bring to the boil briefly to make a creamy sauce. Cut the smoked ham into fine strips and heat them in the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, a touch of sugar and fresh parsley.
Pour the sauce over the pasta, grate a little more Parmesan cheese to taste and garnish with a little parsley.
