Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone, quark, lemon juice, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar together. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the mascarpone cream. Press the mixture through a spaetzle press into a large bowl.
  2. Let the strawberries thaw a little and then puree. Then pour onto the spaghetti. Grate the air chocolate and pour over the strawberry sauce.
