Whip the whipped cream until stiff, then fold in the quark. Stir in the vanilla sugar and the paradise cream. The result is a firmer mass, which I fill in a freezer bag and use the scissors to cut a small opening in the corner (can of course also be made with the piping bag).
Pour in the mixture and press it back and forth like spaghetti onto the plate through the opening. Then pour some strawberry sauce over the spaghetti, rub white chocolate over it or sprinkle almond slivers over it. Then top with fresh strawberries.
