Instructions

  1. Put the spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook until al dente.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Squeeze the garlic cloves and add them to the heated oil. Add the frozen seafood mixture and the prawns and cook until the liquid has almost completely evaporated. Chop the chilli pepper into small pieces. Add the pureed tomatoes, basil, chilli pieces and Italian herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. When the noodles are cooked, drain and mix immediately with the sauce in the pan. Finally, add the finely chopped surimi.
