Peel the zucchini into long strips with the vegetable peeler. Mix the cream with the chopped garlic, salt and pepper and marinate the zucchini strips with it for 30 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water and set aside.
Then heat the cream and zucchini mixture in a saucepan together with the noodles, season with the lemon juice, the spices and the broth.
Finally stir in the grated goat gouda and serve hot on beautiful plates!
