Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, then drain.
Chop the garlic, cut the spring onions into rings.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the garlic lightly, do not brown. Add the prawns and fry briefly. Add the pasta and ajvar and mix everything with the prawns. Fold in the spring onions, heat everything and season with pepper, lemon zest, salt and, if you like it a little spicier, possibly chilli.
