Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and drain well. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into very small cubes.
Heat the oil in a large pan. Sweat the onions and garlic in it. Add the diced paprika and cook for about 5 minutes. Add ajvar and cream, bring to the boil briefly and season with salt and pepper.
Fold in the spaghetti. Season again to taste and serve.
