Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Fry the onions in a little oil, add the boiled ham and brown them briefly. Then stir in the cream cheese and pour in the cream. Simmer the whole thing briefly on a medium heat until creamy.
  2. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir in the parsley, fold in the finished noodles and serve immediately.
