Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente and then drain.
  2. Heat some oil in a large pan and fry the finely chopped onions until translucent, add the garlic cut into wafer-thin slices, fry briefly but do not brown. Take the sardine fillets out of the cans, mash them with a fork and also add them to the pan, season with chili powder, salt and pepper and then deglaze with the white wine. Simmer briefly, season to taste and then toss the spaghetti in it.
  3. The dish is already ready and can be eaten, but it gets even better with the rocket: Wash the rocket and toss it in the pan with the spaghetti, let it get hot for a short time (!).
  4. Prepared very quickly and tastes great. A dry white wine goes well with it.
