- Heat the oil in a pan, press or finely chop the garlic and add. Sweat briefly, but don`t fry. Deglaze with the wine and reduce a little.
- Add the cream, sour cream and broth and simmer again a little. In the meantime, cook the pasta until al dente.
- Season the sauce with salt, pepper and chilli to taste. Add the dripping wet pasta and sprinkle with parsley.
- Spread the parmesan on top.
- A lamb`s lettuce goes very well with it.
- If you like, you can also fry some bacon - but you don`t have to.
