Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente as usual.
  2. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in the oil. Add the flour and stir vigorously with the whisk. Add the milk and bring to the boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Add the mountain cheese and let it melt in the sauce. Season to taste with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
  3. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
