  1. Make Bechamel sauce:
    Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour, stir well and pour in the milk. Add a pinch of nutmeg, season with salt, and stir occasionally to cook the sauce for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Fry the minced meat with onions, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and crushed or finely chopped garlic. Add tomato paste, some water or broth, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. We take the form, pour the bottom with Bechamel sauce, and distribute spaghetti in one layer on it. Put a layer of minced meat on the spaghetti. Put the sauce on the minced meat and a layer of spaghetti until the mince ends.
