Break the spaghetti into bite-sized pieces and do not cook too soft; Drain and let cool. Cut the leek into thin rings and dice the boiled ham. Mix the cold spaghetti with the leek and ham loosely. Then mix the remaining ingredients into a salad cream; Pour over the spaghetti and fold in, salt and pepper (+ herb butter seasoning, if available, gives the final whistle).
Note: If you don`t like the salad so greasy, it is best to only use a small glass of tartar sauce.
