Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Sweat a little in oil. Chop the smoked salmon and cook the shrimp briefly. Pour on the cream. Let the sauce simmer briefly. Season carefully with salt and pepper. Add fresh herbs if you like.
Arrange the spaghetti on the plate, pour the sauce over it and garnish with a little rocket if necessary.
