Dice the onion. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the spring onions into rings. Cut the carrots into fine cubes. Finely chop the parsley. Cut the meat into strips. Cook the spaghetti in salted water for about 10 minutes. Fry the meat in hot oil. Briefly fry the onion, garlic, parsley, spring onions and carrots, season. Deglaze with the stock, cream and wine. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the sauce thickener and bring to the boil again briefly. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Drain the spaghetti, twist into nests and serve with the sliced turkey.
