Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Dice the cheese and let it melt in a non-stick pan. Add the tomato paste, stir in the cream and reduce until thick.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, mix in the finely chopped parsley. Mix with the pasta and serve.
