Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Then drain and rinse in cold water.
  2. Cover the ham slices with cheese and put a hand of spaghetti on top and roll up. Spread the remaining spaghetti in a large baking dish. Place the rolls on top as well.
  3. Melt the butter in the pasta pot and then sweat the flour while stirring constantly. While stirring, slowly add the milk and use enough milk until the sauce has a pourable consistency. Stir in spinach and processed cheese and season with a little nutmeg and plenty of broth, pepper and salt. Pour the spinach sauce over the casserole and put it in the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until the casserole has some color.
