Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Fry the minced meat in a little oil and season. Cut the leek into fine rings and fry a little with the minced meat.
  2. Drain the pasta. Add the minced meat mixture. Season with oil, lemon juice, Maggi, sugar, salt and pepper and leave to cool.
