Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, fry the onions and clove of garlic in the oil until they start to turn brown. Add the lentils, tomatoes, stock cubes, thyme and a little water. Bring to the boil and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and possibly adding more water, until the consistency is similar to that of normal Bolognaise sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti.
