- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water to taste (don`t forget to add olive oil to the water).
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and sweat the onion until translucent. Then add the shrimps and fry them briefly. swirl the pan in the process.
- Now add the garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cream, herbs and tomato paste and cook everything through briefly.
- Arrange the spaghetti on plates, pour the sauce over them and serve immediately.
- A chilled rosé from California goes well with it.
