Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti as directed.
  2. In the meantime, peel the onions, cut in half and cut into strips. Cut the peppers into thin rings. Dice the chorizo. Sear all three ingredients in the olive oil and then sprinkle with the sugar and caramelize while stirring. Deglaze the onion mixture with the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and red wine, cook for about 2 - 3 minutes over medium heat and reduce. Melt the butter in it and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the spaghetti, add to the pan with the onion mixture and mix. Put the dish on a plate and sprinkle with chives.
