Instructions

  1. Cook the broccoli florets in 1/4 liter of boiling vegetable stock for 5 - 7 minutes. Do not pour the broth away, you will need it later!
  2. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the margarine in a saucepan, add the flour while stirring and deglaze with the broth; Simmer for approx. 5 minutes, add the herbal cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the broccoli to the sauce and stir the florets with the whisk so that no more pieces can be seen.
  4. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and serve immediately. Depending on your taste, sprinkle with grated cheese.
