Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Fry the diced bacon in a pan. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Add to the bacon in the pan and fry a little more. Add the garlic and chanterelles. Then mix everything well with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti only briefly and immediately add to the sauce. Arrange and serve on plates.
Tip: Depending on your preference, you can serve the finished spaghetti sprinkled with grated cheese.
