- Cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces. Chop the onion and fry it together with the fillet pieces in a large pan.
- In the meantime, cook the spaghetti al dente.
- Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
- Put the fruits in the pan and deglaze with the juice of the peaches.
- Add creme fraiche and season with salt, pepper and curry. If necessary thicken with sauce thickener.
- Pour the sauce over the finished spaghetti.
