Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente.
  2. While the spaghetti is cooking, peel and chop the garlic.
  3. Heat a deep pan and add olive oil to the pan (if necessary, a little more than indicated). Fry the garlic briefly (but not too brown, otherwise it will taste bitter).
  4. Add the prawns. Add fresh, finely chopped chili peppers. Amount according to taste.
  5. If you don`t have fresh chili peppers, you can also take them out of the mill. I also use chili salt sometimes. Then season with a little salt and pepper or only with pepper, if you use chilli salt. Add the prawns, but fry them only briefly. Add chopped parsley and toss everything briefly. Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well.
  6. Arrange immediately on plates and if you like, you can serve freshly grated Parmesan with it.
