Instructions

  1. Add water for the spaghetti.
  2. Chop the onion or shallot very finely.
  3. Rinse the crab or prawns, drain them and drizzle with a squeeze of lemon juice.
  4. Cook the spaghetti al dente.
  5. Sauté the onion / shallot in the butter. Pour in the wine and simmer a little. Add the cream. Add herbs and spices, bring to the boil.
  6. Possibly add some pasta water to the sauce.
  7. Heat the crabs / prawns in the sauce. Add the spaghetti and serve immediately.
