- Add water for the spaghetti.
- Chop the onion or shallot very finely.
- Rinse the crab or prawns, drain them and drizzle with a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Cook the spaghetti al dente.
- Sauté the onion / shallot in the butter. Pour in the wine and simmer a little. Add the cream. Add herbs and spices, bring to the boil.
- Possibly add some pasta water to the sauce.
- Heat the crabs / prawns in the sauce. Add the spaghetti and serve immediately.
